Terms of sale and licence
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. The product
App Store ShipKit ("ShipKit") is a digital product: Claude Code skills, slash commands, scripts, documentation and starter source code, delivered as access to a private GitHub repository. It's sold by ShipKit ("we", "us").
2. Licence
Each purchase gives one individual developer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy and modify ShipKit in any number of their own apps, including commercial apps. You can ship code derived from the starter inside your apps without attribution. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish ShipKit or substantial parts of it (for example as a template, course or public repository), or share repository access.
3. Updates
Your purchase includes updates published to the repository for 12 months. After that you keep what you have; continued access to new updates may require renewal. If you get a full refund, your repository access is removed (see the refund policy).
4. No guarantee of App Store approval
App Store rules change and review decisions belong to Apple. ShipKit helps you avoid common problems but we don't promise any app will be approved, and you're responsible for your app's compliance.
5. Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. See the refund policy (14 days, no questions).
6. Warranty and liability
ShipKit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any consumer protection that the law of the country you live in gives you.
